oliore

Oliore is a boutique, family owned and operated multi-award winning olive grove consisting of 1100 trees of Italian varieties - Leccino, Frantoio and Pendolino. The grove is nestled in the undulating fertile red soils of the Mudgee-Gulgong region of NSW, four hours north-west of Sydney. The grove was established in 2001 and the first olive oil was produced in 2004.

We are proud to produce a mild and fruity Extra Virgin Olive Oil with a touch of pepper and a fresh grassy and herbal aroma. Oliore is certified with Australian Extra Virgin Olive Oil and is now cold-pressed on site.

Olive Oils

Mudgee Gold / Gulgong Gold

Both Mudgee Gold and Gulgong Gold are our premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil products. We grow Italian varietals in our grove consisting of Frantoi, Leccino and Pendolino olives. These olives are grown, cold-pressed and bottled by the Elliott family on-site in the undulating hills of the Mudgee-Gulgong region. The multi award-winning Extra Virgin Olive Oil has a fresh, fruity herbaceous aroma with a complex palate and a peppery after-taste.

HEALTH

Health Benefits of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

The health benefits of olive oil have long been researched and these benefits are the greatest when they come from authentic extra virgin olive oil. Extra virgin olive oil is the natural oil from quality olives that have been picked straight off the tree and mechanically extracted as soon as possible without the use of chemicals or excessive heat. In other words, it is ‘the oil as it comes from the olive’.
